1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return request within 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation).
- Product Condition: The jade jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition—including all original packaging (e.g., gift boxes, dust bags), tags, and accessories (e.g., cleaning cloths, certification documents for jade quality).
- Jade stones must be free of scratches, damage, or signs of alteration (e.g., resizing, engraving modifications).
- Custom-made or personalized jade jewelry (e.g., engraved pendants, custom-sized bangles) is eligible for return only if it has manufacturing defects (see Section 4 for details).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number, email confirmation, or receipt to process the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds (unless defective):
- Customized or personalized jade jewelry (e.g., pieces tailored to your specific design, size, or engraving).
- Gift cards or e-vouchers.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or tampered with by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
3. Return & Refund Procedures
Follow these steps to initiate a return and request a refund:
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

- Include the following information in your request:
- Order number.
- Name and contact details (email/phone).
- Reason for return (e.g., “change of mind,” “size mismatch,” “defective product”).
- Clear photos/videos of the product (including packaging and tags) to verify condition (if applicable).
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed return shipping instructions (including our return address).
- Returns sent without a valid RA Number will be rejected or delayed.
Step 3: Ship the Product Back
- Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit (we recommend using the original packaging if possible).
- Clearly mark the RA Number on the outer packaging.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, incorrect size). We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value jade items, as WTIGG is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Step 4: Process Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refund processing times vary by payment provider:
- Credit/debit cards: 3–7 business days.
- Apple Pay: 3–5 business days.

The refund amount will be the full purchase price (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error).
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible product for a different size, style, or design, follow the return procedure above and note “Exchange Request” in your email. Once we receive and approve the returned product:
- We will process the exchange for the desired item (subject to availability).
- If the new item has a higher price, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it has a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Exchange shipping fees for the new item will be covered by WTIGG for U.S. orders; international customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
5. Defective Products & Warranty
WTIGG stands behind the quality of our jade jewelry. All products are inspected for craftsmanship and jade quality before shipment.
Defective Product Claims
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose settings, cracked jade stones, faulty clasps) or if the product is damaged during shipping:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect/damage.
- We will cover all return shipping costs and offer one of the following solutions (at your choice):
- Full refund.
- Exchange for a new product of the same style.
- Free repair (if feasible for the defect).
Jade Quality Guarantee
All our jade jewelry is certified as natural Grade A jade/jadeite (no artificial dyeing, treatment, or enhancement). If you believe the jade quality does not match our description, please contact us with a third-party gemological certification (at your expense) within 30 days of delivery. We will review the certification and, if validated, issue a full refund plus reimbursement for the third-party certification fee (up to $50).
6. International Returns
We accept returns from international customers, subject to the same eligibility criteria above. Please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes (these are non-refundable).
- WTIGG is not liable for delays or issues caused by customs authorities.
- Refunds will exclude original international shipping fees and any customs/duty charges paid by WTIGG.
