  • Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: Eligible for shipping, but additional fees apply (calculated at checkout).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Exceptions to Free Shipping:

5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

  • International Orders: You (the customer) are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
  • U.S. Tariffs: For international orders shipped to the U.S., please note that applicable tariffs (if any) are determined by U.S. customs laws. We do not control or collect these tariffs, and you must pay them directly to customs.

6. Packaging Requirements

To protect your jade jewelry (a delicate gemstone) during transit:
